IT Command (ITC) Console gives clients the tools needed to monitor the usage of their voice and data network. While Smoothstone manages everything for our clients, we enable them to see everything we see about their communications infrastructure, all through our secure web portal.

Account Administration provides clients:

  • Account Summary — View details about all circuits, phones, users, and numbers
  • Installation Status – View details about pending service installations
  • Speed Dial Administration – View and manage company-wide speed dials

NetStalk™ is Smoothstone’s totally integrated network monitoring system. NetStalk offers 24/7 monitoring of routers, switching infrastructure, and facility environmentals, allowing you to view real-time statistics about your entire IT infrastructure.

  • WAN — Monitor router activity and uptime, as well as the utilization of network circuits
  • LAN — Monitor status and performance of the switch network

VoiceStalk™ enables clients to monitor total calling activity—local and long distance, inbound and outbound, intra-company and external. It provides call detail queries and reports on minutes used and usage costs.

  • Search Calls — Search for calls to/from specific numbers or for specific dates
  • Report Writer — Allows clients create customized reports, including detailed call summaries and reports.

Ticket Tracker provides clients with easy-to-use templates to create tickets for service moves, additions, and changes, as well as submitting engineering and programming requests. Through ITC, clients can also view the status of those tickets through a convenient web portal.
